Capacity is fixed by content list and access frequency. Hanging depth 600 mm, shelf depth 450 mm. Drawer loads rated 30 kg for light items, 50 kg for clothes and cookware, 70 kg for pantry. Pull out trays load 20 kg each. Loft shelves load 40 kg per metre. All items documented in the approved itemised scope with quantities and rates. Handover occurs after snag closure, operation tests, and warranty documents are issued.

Content and Access Audit

Content list prepared by type, size, weight, and frequency of use. Access zones defined: eye level 1200 mm to 1700 mm, mid zone 700 mm to 1200 mm, low zone 300 mm to 700 mm. Layout and itemised scope with quantities and rates approved in writing before procurement.

Substrate and Service Check

Walls and floor checked for level and plumb within ±3 mm per 2 m. Load bearing verified for wall hung units: 60 kg per 600 mm run minimum. Services re-routed if conflict found. Concealment only after PMC inspection and photographic record.

Fabrication and Hardware

Carcass in 18 mm BWP plywood. Shutters with 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm laminate or acrylic. Hinges 200,000 cycle tested. Drawer channels rated 30 kg, 50 kg, 70 kg per function. Pull out trays 450 mm depth, 20 kg load. Installation tolerance ±2 mm. Shutter gap 3 mm.

Testing and Handover

All shutters and drawers operated 25 cycles. Alignment checked with feeler gauge. Loft shelves load tested to 40 kg per metre. Snag list closed with client sign-off. As-built drawings, hardware data sheets, and warranties issued at handover.
