PMC delivers interior design, planning, and execution under a signed project agreement. Deliverables, specifications, inclusions, and timelines are defined in the agreement. Work outside the defined scope requires a written variation order with revised cost and timeline.
Design visuals, 3D renderings, and samples are indicative. Final materials are governed by the approved material schedule in the project agreement. Variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to batch, lighting, or manufacturing tolerance. All materials are installed to match the approved sample within manufacturer tolerance.
Timelines are scheduled based on scope, site readiness, and approvals. Delays due to material lead time, statutory approvals, or site conditions beyond control will extend the schedule. Revised timelines are issued in writing. PMC is not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
The client shall provide accurate brief, timely approvals, and unobstructed site access. Changes or delays caused by client dependencies will adjust timeline and cost. Such adjustments are documented in writing before execution.
Estimates are indicative and subject to revision based on final design, material selection, and site conditions. Contract value is fixed only by signed project agreement. Payments are due as per the milestone schedule in the agreement.

Cancellation must be issued in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by project stage:
PMC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability is limited to the contract value stated in the project agreement.
PMC is not liable for delay or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruption, labour action, or government restrictions. Affected timelines will be extended by the duration of the event.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
PMC may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is published on this page.
