Zoning and Circulation Planning
PMC planned the WorkGrid Office Interior for operational efficiency and access control. Workstations, meeting rooms, and service zones are located by function, headcount, and adjacency. Circulation paths are dimensioned to separate movement from work areas. The layout sequences individual focus, team collaboration, and support services without conflict.
Primary and secondary circulation widths are maintained at 1500 mm and 900 mm minimum. Workstation clusters are sized for desk dimensions, chair movement, and 900 mm rear clearance. Meeting and collaboration zones are isolated for acoustic and visual control. No zone shares a primary circulation route.
Door swings, partition lines, and furniture footprints were verified against plan before execution. This prevents interference during occupancy and ensures the delivered office matches approved drawings.
Workstation Specification and Service Access
Workstations are specified by role, equipment load, and access requirement. Power, data, and lighting points are located per desk with documented quantities. Cable routes are fixed in floor or ceiling systems to remove loose extensions. Each workstation has direct access to circulation without crossing another desk.
PMC detailed storage, screens, and acoustic panels for capacity and performance. Screens are specified by height and NRC rating for visual and sound control. Storage units are dimensioned for files and equipment with documented load limits. All hardware is selected for cycles, silent operation, and maintenance access.
Lighting is zoned for task, ambient, and meeting use with documented lux levels. HVAC diffusers are located to avoid direct draft on workstations. The floor plate is built to meet specification for power, data, lighting, and acoustics at handover and after ten years of service.
An office is correct when zones are sequenced, circulation is clear, and services perform to specification. Specification determines finish. There is no variance between drawing and site.

Surface Specification and Installation Control
Materials are specified for abrasion resistance, cleanability, and acoustic performance. Flooring is selected for rolling load, slip rating, and maintenance. Wall and ceiling finishes are selected for NRC rating and touch-up. All laminates, acoustic panels, and flooring were approved by sample before procurement.
Work surfaces are specified for load, stain resistance, and edge durability. Cable management, access flaps, and power modules are factory-integrated and tested. Finishes are applied under controlled conditions with documented thickness and curing time.
PMC fixed electrical, data, and HVAC routes before civil closure. All services were tested and photographed before concealment. PMC managed site execution under a checked schedule with hold points for inspection. The office was delivered to match the approved material schedule and drawings with zero deviation.
